  • 1. Where are you located?

    The Manhattan Club is located on 56th street between 7th Ave. and Broadway.

  • 2. Is my ID/passport required at check-in?

    Guests will not be allowed to check-in if they do not have a valid government issued photo ID which matches the name on the reservation and the credit card presented on arrival.

  • 3. Do I need a credit card to check-in?

    Guests will not be allowed to check-in if they do not have a valid credit card matching the photo identification. An incidental deposit of $500 plus room and tax is required at check-in. If you are staying in our Skyline Duplex, a party disclaimer must be signed at the Hotel. In addition, a refundable security deposit of $1000.00 will be required.

  • 4. Can I store my bag?

    Of course! The Manhattan Club provides luggage storage until 12am free of charge.

  • 5. Can I send a package to the hotel?

    Sure! Please make sure it is sent to the same name that the reservation is under. Please be advised we will only hold a package for 3 days prior to arrival and have very limited space. You may be subject to an additional fee for storage for more than one package or the packages maybe be turned away.

  • 6. Is breakfast included?

    Sometimes! The Manhattan Club offers a variety of rates. If you do not purchase the continental breakfast package, it will not be included.

  • 7. What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. All check-outs after 11:00am are subject to a charge.

  • 8. Do you offer late check-out?

    Late Check out may be requested the morning of your departure. It is based on availability and may incur a charge.

  • 9. Do kids stay free?

    Yes, reservations will not be charged for additional guests who are 12 years of age and under.

  • 10. Are smoking rooms available?

    The Manhattan Club is a non-smoking/vaping property. A minimum fee of $500.00 will be applied to those who violate these policies regardless of your checked out status.

  • 11. Is there a fitness center?

    There is a fitness center located on the 26th floor. We have several cardio machines, as well as an assortment of free weights.

  • 12. Do you have a pool?

    The Manhattan Club does not have a pool.

  • 13. What airports are nearby?

    The Manhattan Club is in close proximity to the three major New York/New Jersey airports including JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark Airports. If you would like to arrange transportation from and/or to the airport, please contact our Concierge at 212-453-8266.

  • 14. Do you have onsite laundry service?

    The Manhattan Club does not have any laundry service in the building. However, we do offer dry cleaning services. The price list and laundry bag can be found in the closet of the living room.

  • 15. Are extra beds/rollaway beds available?

    Rollaway beds are available for $35 plus tax per night.

  • 16. Is parking available?

    Valet Parking is available to all guests of The Manhattan Club for a fee of $35 per 24 hours. There are no in/out privileges.

  • 17. Are pets allowed?

    No Animals allowed. Persons with disabilities shall be permitted to use service animals, without incurring an extra charge or conditions, in guestrooms and public areas. Service animals are working animals, not pets. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA or Federal law. State and local law has not included emotional support animals as qualified Service Animals under the ADA.

  • 18. Can I bring my electric bike?

    No electric or gas bikes/scooters, etc. on property.

  • 19. Can I cook in my suite?

    No hotplates, toasters, electric teapot, etc. on property.

  • 20. What age do I need to be to check in?

    You must be 21 years of age or older to check in.

  • 21. Do the suites have a safe?

    All suites are equipped with an in-room safe, providing you with a secure space to store your valuable belongings during your stay. Be aware that The Manhattan Club cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

  • 22. Can I have visitors to my suite?

    The Manhattan Club does not allow any visitors in guest rooms that have not registered at the Front Desk with a government issued ID. You may not exceed the number of occupants for which you have not reserved.

  • 23. Do you provide a privacy sign or have a do not disturb policy?

    We do provide privacy signs. The Manhattan Club reserves the right to enter your room for security, safety, and maintenance, even when the privacy sign is displayed. The Manhattan Club staff will first knock and announce their presence before entering.

  • 24. Do you have a noise policy?

    Excessive and disruptive sounds that originate from your suite, impacting the comfort and tranquility of guests and the surrounding environment will not be tolerated. You will be asked to vacate the property without a refund of room nights or rate.

  • 25. Is there a cost to make up the sofa bed?

    There is a $40 fee per stay for making up the sofa bed.
