Rules of Participation

Winner will receive a deluxe New York City vacation for two people for three days and two nights plus, round trip limousine transportation up to 250 miles each way, two Broadway Theater tickets, a $250 shopping spree issued in the form of a Visa Gift Card, a $100 Shelly's Fireman dining certificate and breakfast for two at The Park Central New York Cafe'. Accommodations are provided at The Manhattan Club. Some restrictions may apply. Arrangements for transportation, accommodations, theater and dining will be made by The Manhattan Club.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received. Entries must be received by June 30, 2010. Drawing will be held on or before July 15, 2010. All travel arrangements must be completed by October 31, 2010. Void where prohibited. Employees of The Manhattan Club, its parent company and affiliates, and their families are not eligible to participate.

No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted unless at the discretion of Sponsor. Prize is not transferable. All federal, state and/or local taxes on total, retail value are the sole responsibility of the winner. This contest is sponsored by the agent of The Manhattan Club located at 200 West 56th Street, New York, NY 10019. Transportation expenses limited to $600. provide transportation up to $600. Winner will be notified in writing.

Prize value is approximately $1954 (may vary based upon season of travel). No purchase is necessary to participate. Must be 21 or over. Void where prohibited.
