Rules of Participation

The One Week Dream Vacation Getaway Drawing winner will receive: 7 nights’ double accommodations for up to four (4) adults  at an RCI resort and $250 Visa Gift Card.  The Manhattan Club will work with the Winner to help reserve their choice of destination and resort. All travel reservations are strictly based upon availability. All arrangements will be made by The Manhattan Club. Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received. Entries must be received by December 31, 2013. Drawing will be held on or before January 31, 2013 and winner will be notified in writing.   Winner must respond that they accept the prize within 7 days of being notified or an alternate winner will be selected.  Reservation must be submitted by April 30, 2013. Travel must be completed by April 30, 2014. Prize value is estimated at up to $3,500 and will vary based on destination, travel time and resort selected. No purchase is necessary to participate. Purchase will not increase chances of winning. Must be 21 or over. Void where prohibited. Employees of The Manhattan Club, its parent company and affiliates, and their families are not eligible to participate. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted unless at the discretion of Sponsor. Prize is not transferable. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting this prize, the winner releases Sponsor, and its respective officers, employees and agents from all liability associated with the drawing and the prize. The winner agrees to allow his or her name and likeness to be used by Sponsor for advertising purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law.  By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. If selected as the winner, by accepting prize, winner agrees to Sponsor's use (unless prohibited by law) of his or her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes without further permission or compensation. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security or proper play of the Contest.
