By completing this form, I authorize a representative of The Manhattan Club and its affiliated resort locations to contact me using the information given on this form by phone, including automated pre-recorded message or electronic or postal mail. This permission supersedes my listing on any state and federal email or phone “do not call” list and any prior “do not call” listing maintained by The Manhattan Club. I may update my status at any time by requesting to be

The Caribbean Resort Vacation Drawing winner will receive: US$1,000.00 in cash to cover round trip airfare for two between winner’s home city and St. Maarten plus 7-nights double accommodations at a luxury resort in St. Maarten. Flight arrangements are the responsibility of winner. Arrangements for resort accommodations will be made by The Manhattan Club.Travel dates must be supplied to The Manhattan Club by no less than 90 days prior to date of departure.Travel must be completed by August 31, 2011.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received. Entries must be received by 12/31/10. Drawing will be held on or before January 15, 2011 and winner will be be notified in writing. Prize value is approximately $3000 (may vary based upon winner’s place of residence). No purchase is necessary to participate. Purchase will not increase chances of winning. Must be 21 or over.Void where prohibited. Employees of The Manhattan Club, its parent company and affiliates, and their families are not eligible to participate. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted unless at the discretion of Sponsor. Prize is not transferable. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
